R-1 MMA & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

R-1 MMA is a dynamic training facility with professional instructors, and high-level training. All our classes are taught by instructors who have an abundance of skills and knowledge in MMA.

We offer mixed-martial arts, women's fitness/kickboxing, boxing, No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and strength and conditioning classes. We offer kids, women’s, and coed classes that focus on these disciplines.

R-1 is a community that will support and embrace you. You will reach goals in all areas of fitness, weight loss and MMA skills working with great instructors who are not only high level athletes, but also some of the most humble people ready to work with you in adapting to what your skill levels and needs are.
