R Nation Baseball Club is an independent club and fiercely holds to an independent spirit. Our mission, and promise to you, is to provide all players the best baseball coaches, resources, environment, and experience that nurtures the very best in all players and ultimately helps reach their goals of playing at the next level, be that high school, college and professional baseball. While developing the very best baseball players is our mission, we are equally dedicated to the development of all our players into positive young men and productive citizens. We do this by setting high expectations, helping players set and achieve personal goals, providing a positive learning environment and experiences that instills a sense of personal well being.

R Nation Baseball Club is home for the Texas Raiders select baseball teams and the Prospects High School spring baseball teams.

R Nation Academy is the clubs private/membership training facility.

R NATION ACADEMY, System for Excellence

Competing on the playing field is a challenge and one that baseball and softball coaches love. Competing for practice time and space is maybe the one thing coaches hate the most. When you strive to give your players and families the very best training and development experiences having a dedicated and consistent practice time should not be a burden or a distraction. Ask yourself, what would it mean to the players, the team, and the families to have a dedicate practice time, space and location week to week? Imagine the stress relief knowing that your team have a dedicate practice time every week throughout the season? After all, with as much travel that is done for games and tournaments, lessening the burden when it comes to indoor practice can be a huge benefit. R Nation Academy is designed with this in mind. Taking from my own personal experiences in competitive club/select baseball RNA was built as a response to a continual frustrations and headaches of scheduling week to week, day by day indoor practices, and then being limited to typically 1 tunnel for 1 hour, which is hardly enough time and space for effective reps. The RNA system enables teams to have a consistent practice schedule, more training time and space in 90 minutes and 2 tunnels increments, open and flexible “shared” access, that ultimately optimizes the coaches and teams training, development and practice time.
