Shredded: (HIIT Training): High Intensity Interval Training! Weights followed by the HIIT principals. Research has shown this is the most effective way to burn fat and create a lean, defined physique. You are guaranteed to sweat with this timed, intense interval class! One of my top secret workouts!!!

[NEW!] Hard Body & Core: get a full body sculpting workout with weights plus abdominal chiseling exercises. This class builds lean muscle which helps your burn fat, even at rest!

Butts and Guts: This class targets two of our most stubborn areas, Glutes and Abs. This class will flatten the midsection and create a bootylicious backside!
