Designed to help you reach extraordinary levels of fitness. This class was created to test your heart, will, determination, endurance, physical and mental strength.
Classes 4/5 days a week.
Monday - 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:30am and 8:00pm / Biceps & Triceps,
Tuesday - 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:30am and 8:00pm / Core and Cardio
Wednesday - 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:30am and 8:00pm / Legs
Thursday - 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:30am / Core and Cardio
Thursday - 8:00pm / Back and Chest
Friday 5:30am, 6:30am and 9:30am / Back and Chest

KNIGHTS ARMOR
A 3 month exercise program that runs 3 days a week. It is a 3 phase customized training program along with individualized nutrition tips to achieve the physique that you desire. In order to maintain high quality individual training, group numbers are limited to 4.
Also included:- Information on your body shape and body type- Full muscle development using the 3 points of flexion- Three 1 on 1 nutritional counsels- Before and after pictures (optional)- Measurements - Body fat testing (w/ calipers) optional
