Raleigh CrossFit was established in 2010 and is one of the original CrossFit affiliates in Raleigh.

Raleigh CrossFit is a “strength and endurance-based” approach to fitness training that people from all ages and fitness levels can participate in. CrossFit, known as “The Sport of Fitness” is a constantly changing training program that combines Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, endurance (running, swimming, biking and rowing) and many other dynamic and fun movements, including kettlebells and plyometrics.

We train together in a team environment, led by a certified CrossFit coaching staff.

Regular WOD Times: M-F (NO 7p on Friday) 600a, 900a, 1130a, 400p, 500p, 600p, 700p (Open gym Tuesdays/Thursdays at 1030-1130a, Sunday 830-1000a). Sat. 900a and 1030a, Sun. 900a only Subject to change – if you all need something else, just let us know!

About the Facility
- Nearly 40 training/coaching certifications
- Downtown Raleigh's largest CrossFit facility and most experienced and credentialed coaching staff.
-The facility is 10,000 square feet and is easily accessed off Glenwood South and Capital Blvd.
-Parking. A very large and free parking lot is located on the premises of the facility. No metered parking.
-CrossFit Kids and Teen Programs
-Designated Olympic lifting area with Jerk Boxes and 4 platforms.
-Endurance training
-More equipment. We will be utilizing big tires, prowlers, sleds, sledgehammers, atlas stones, chains, ropes and more. We have the space and the knowledge. We will be WODding with these pieces of equipment.
-Can my kids come while I am WODding? Yes, but we are not a babysitting service. Please respect the facility and the other athletes. Children must remain in the designated area and are not permitted to use any equipment at any time unless specifically permitted by the Raleigh CrossFit training staff and while under direct supervision.
- Shower and changing rooms, located separately from men’s and women’s 2-stall bathrooms.
