Ralph Molina is a resident and active member of Cumberland County; arrived here on assignment to the 7th Special Forces Group(A) in Fort Bragg and made Fayetteville his home. Upon retiring from the US Army in 2012 he established a construction contracting company and has been serving the community ever since.

Born in San Juan Puerto Rico - February 15, 1969. His father, a veteran and US Post Office employee, and his mother a teacher taught him strong values; loyalty, hard work and selfless dedication. These core values form the code he lives by.

Ralph enlisted the ranks of the US Army in 1989. His first duty assignment with the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment in Fort Bliss Texas where he deployed to Desert Shield and Desert Storm to fight for the liberation of Kuwait. He then joined the Army Reserves and began his college education. Upon graduation, he re-enlisted and later applied and was accepted to the US Army Officer Candidate School. As a commissioned officer he served in multiple positions of leadership, management, teaching, and staff. He completed multiple deployments to Iraq (2) and Afghanistan (3) in support of the fight against terrorism, the enemies of freedom and the American way of life. He is a recipient of multiple decorations for his service and dedication to Country; to include the Bronze Star Medal (2).

Ralph understands the challenges that families go through when fathers and mothers deploy on missions around the world, especially the children. Having served the enlisted and commissioned officer ranks; he loves the military community, the camaraderie, and esprit-de-corps and instills these values in his children and those around him.

Since arriving in Fayetteville, Ralph has been an active member of the community. He volunteers with various organizations; Youth soccer coach at Stoney Point Recreation League and volunteers with the Future Farmers of America and the Clubs 4H.
