Rancher's Roast Beef opened its doors on June 5, 1985 in New Carlisle, Ohio. With the motto "You'll Taste The Difference," the owners, John and Linda Lorenz, aimed to provide a quality product and experience for each customer. Bringing a vast amount of industry knowledge to the business, their vision of an inviting and comfortable restaurant atmosphere began to unfold, and Rancher's has been a major player in the community ever since.

Rancher's is a sponsor of local athletic teams and a proud supporter of the Tecumseh Arrows. As an active donor for local fundraisers, whether it be monetary or food, one of Rancher's main concerns is giving back.
