Randa Bites Bakery

Each cookie from Randa Bites Bakery is hand-rolled, meticulously iced and almost always bagged individually and heat sealed to preserve freshness.
These cookies are a great idea for any occasion or event!
I can only take orders of AT LEAST ONE DOZEN and they start at $30 a dozen. (Remember these cookies are a long and detailed process. Anything custom could possibly be a higher rate. Characters , etc...).

POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS:

***Randa Bites Bakery operates under the Oklahoma Cottage Food Law.***

-All quotes are given on a case by case basis. RBB maintains a policy of 1 doz. minimum order at a cost of $30 for full size cookies. Pricing can/will go up from there depending on order size, detail, cookie size, order quantity, etc.

-Rush Fee - Orders need to be booked at least two weeks in advance. Any order booked 7 days or less will incur a late fee of $10 or 10% of the order total, whichever is higher. (Of course order will only be paid if I can fit them into my schedule.)

-Character cookies start at $36 per dozen (1 dz minimum still applies.)

-Cookie order pickup: All cookies will be picked up at my home in OKC (73128) at discussed times. Please pick up your cookies on time.

-Cookie Delivery: These are done on a case by case basis. Deliveries cost $.55 per mile both ways. (This rate is based on the Federal government mileage standard.)

-Once your order is exchanged Randa Bites Bakery is no longer liable for any damaged cookies. This also applies to exchanges via third party.

-To ensure your order is schedule and reserved on my calendar, payment is due at the time of order via Paypal. Orders are NOT confirmed and NOT started without payment in full.

-All invoices must be paid within 24 hours or it will be cancelled and not reinstated.

-All orders are individually bagged and heat sealed for freshness. *Ribbon can be added for an addition cost of $4 per dozen. If you would like to add ribbon, it must be requested at the time of order.

-CANCELLATION POLICY :
You may cancel your order and receive a FULL refund if you cancel 14 days or more from your delivery/pick up date. You may cancel your order and receive a 50% refund if you cancel prior to 13 to 7 days of your delivery date. any cancellations with less than 7 days notice will NOT receive a refund and is non-transferable.
