More about Rate Of Force Strength & Conditioning

The Rate of Force facility is 100 % devoted to one thing...Improving performance on the field. We use multiple training methods to get the job done. We use the best from the worlds of powerlifting, strongman, sport performance, olympic weight lifting ,functional training, rehabilitation and injury prevention. All these aspects are applied in a program based on science that is proven to build a complete athlete. We work with athletes of all ages and develop a program base on an individual assessment to meet the needs of each athlete. We do not believe in cookie cutter programs we know each athlete has special needs and are not all the same.

Our semi-private, or small group, training guarantees an athlete-to-coach ratio of no more than 9:1 for small group — and 4:1 for semi private training. From here, they’re coached in a small group setting and put into an environment in which they can succeed and have fun.
This training format provides a motivating, unconditionally positive environment. When you’re down, there is always someone alongside you to pick you up. All our clients meet new people and develop strong friendships with those with whom they train. We make training enjoyable — and in the process, you discover that you’re capable of things that you’d never thought possible.
