Most of our units are cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath mobile home. You can rent for as little as $80 weekly with a $320 depoist or $350 monthly with a $350 deposit. The way you rent depends on your payment schedule, and there is a year lease.

We are close to Wal-Mart, K-mart, McDonalds, Papa Johns and many more. We have a compactor for all your house hold trash and our mailboxes even lock.

We also allow pets with a $300 non-refundable deposit & $200 refundable deposit per pet, that you can make payments on. There is a 15lb. weight limit for all animals and you have to have a current vet statement.
