Ray Price Capital City Bikefest & Motorsports Expo

Ray Price Capital City Bikefest is a major festival in downtown Raleigh centered on the motorcycle life style.

For the past 14 years, motorcycle enthusiasts and curious individuals have gathered on Fayetteville Street to enjoy the “biker culture”.The event has grown into a 3-day weekend event! The Bikefest takes place at the Ray Price dealership all three days, and on Fayetteville Street in downtown Friday night for a Block Party, and all day Saturday.
The family-friendly atmosphere and great entertainment has brought more than 200,000 attendees to Raleigh from around the southeast region. In addition to numerous musical acts, and food and beverages, there are various shows and exhibits, TattooFest, motorcycle-themed vendors and manufacturers, ride-in bike shows, custom bike builders and more!

The Bikefest began in 2003 when Ray Price Harley-Davidson was approached by Clear Channel Entertainment and Curtis Media to come up with a way to increase attendance at the Alltel Pavilion. The success of the event led to a partnership with the City of Raleigh, whose leaders wanted to bring more business to the then newly-renovated Fayetteville Street. Nationwide Insurance then signed up to be the presenting sponsor.
With over 80 vendors, manufacturers, and exhibits, and numerous performing acts, the Ray Price Capital City Bikefest offers something for everyone!

The event also includes the annual Patriot Ride on the Friday of Bikefest, which raises money for the NC National Guard and Homes for Our Troops.
