Growing up, I went every weekend to my parents' rental properties and annoyed the residents while Mom and Dad worked. When I got to grad school at the University of Washington, I needed a free place to live so I sent out a resume and cover letter, and voilà! I was a property manager at a two-year-old, 30-unit building by Green Lake. I liked the work so much that I went on to manage multi-family, single-family, and private residences. My goal is to keep property looking and functioning as well as it can and to do it in an environmentally responsible way.
