In 1996, Rollyn Yost, a native Houstonian with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry founded her first company Residential Realtors Inc. The professionalism and experience of the agents working within the agency created immediate success for Residential Realtors Inc. In 2001, the company, inspired by its initial successes, formed Commercial Realtors, dba. The expansion into commercial real estate was established by the needs of Houston’s growing commercial property clientele; to manage commercial transactions previously handled by Residential Realtors Inc. In 2009, Residential Realtors, Inc and Commercial Realtors, dba merged to create Residential & Commercial Realtors Inc.

In 2011, RCR Properties, Inc. became the new name of Residential and Commercial Realtors Inc. It is a priority of the company to continue educating agents in real estate that goes beyond real estate certification, which is why in 2008 Rollyn opened Rollyn’s Real Estate School.

Rollyn Yost is also a Licensed Stager and opened Stage 2 Sell in 2008, to help agents stage their listings to achieve a greater property value.
