Reach Your Potential Training (RYPT) is located in a state of the art, 16,000 square foot sports performance facility specializing in enhancing athletic performance while decreasing the risk of injury.
Our Sports Performance training programs are designed to meet the needs and demands of today’s competitive athlete. Through semi private, small group performance training for athletes in the 8th grade and up, we aim to improve all components of athleticism, including, but not limited to the following: speed, power, strength, agility, mobility/flexibility, stability, conditioning, recovery and nutritional awareness.
Our Sports Performance team includes former collegiate All-American athletes with competitive athletic and coaching experience at the Division I, Olympic and NFL levels. Collectively, our staff holds certifications through the following organizations:
