1. What is this game about?
The basic gameplay concept is that you are locked in a room and given hints to figure out how to escape in 1 hour or less.

2. How many participants are during the gameplay?
4 - 6 people per session based on the theme of the game.

3. Is there any other people in the room with us?
If you purchase fewer than the maximum number of tickets, you may be teamed with others in the room and work together to escape. Besides, you can make new friends!

4. Can I have the room just for my group?
Yes. If you wish to have the room for your group only during one of our regularly-scheduled game times, you must purchase an entire block of all tickets for the date/time you wish to attend. If you wish to schedule a private event out of our business hours, or if you have more people than the available ticket number, please contact us.

5. What shall I prepare for the game?
Please arrive 10 mins ahead of your scheduled time, talk to your team and familiarize yourself with puzzle-solving process! If you arrive after the door has been locked, you will not be allowed to participate, and there are no refunds or exchanges permitted.

6. What happens if I'm stuck in one puzzle?
You will have one chance to seek for help.

7. What happens if I do not escape the room in time?
Well, someone will help and save you!

8. What happens if I escape the room in time?
Congratulations, you win! There will be a small gift for your team too!

9. Can children participate?
Yes. But we do recommend the game for children ages 8 and up, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

10. Any tips or suggestions?
Yes, here are some do's and don'ts:

a. Do use your brain capacity 100% to find clues, figure out the logic.

b. Do talk to your team players and share clues you've uncovered.

c. Do not just stand there. Clues are scattered in the room, work independently or together to find as much as you can.

d. Do not use force to try to open locked items.

e. Do not plug/unplug power cord, cables, etc.
