Our goal is to make the process fun, easy and effortless for all parties involved by sharing knowledge and quickly responding to all customer inquiries.
Erica originally grew up in the Inland Empire and moved out to the San Gabriel Valley, eventually settling down in Orange County. After marriage her and her husband spent a good amount of time living in China with their first born son who is now 11. Erica naturally became fluent in Chinese and uses mandarin in her daily business, which has proven to be quite the niche! She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and walking their Shiba Inu. Erica is passionate when it comes to volunteering for her community and support groups for those in need.
Before diving into Real Estate, Erica served as a Loan Officer for Direct lending banks for 3 years. She has extended knowledge when it comes to qualifying, first time buyer programs, credit issues, and loves providing clients advice. Her time in the mortgage industry has helped to build reliable contacts, and social circles. She is also experienced in working with international buyers that are new to the U.S. and can help with everything from: Finding & Applying for public or private schools, to showing a client where all the popular shopping spots are.
