Real Estate Information Headquarters is a tool for anyone interested in learning about real estate. The founder of this page does not have a real estate license (although his wife does); the reason that that's important is because the intent for this page is not to be your buyer or listing agent. It's to help as many people as possible with information from another consumer, not an agent, broker, magazine, or similar.

The founder of this page has bought/sold/built/remodeled ~400 properties in the last 11 years... which for most, makes him far more experienced in the process of buying and selling (and building/fixing) real estate than the masses and even their agent, friend or relative who is their current expert.
