RF Training is all about breaking away from the monotony and limitations of the standard gym. Cardio and strength machines tend to inhibit the movements and capabilities of the body as well as limiting the use of the core to engage these movements. Watch any athlete train and you will not see them spending hours on machines to perfect their athletic skills.



RF Training strives to take each individual and help them maximize their physical potential no matter what their current fitness level is. We may not all be potential Olympic gold medalists or professional athletes, but that does not mean we shouldn't be able to train our bodies in the best manner possible.



We all have goals when it comes to fitness, and RF Training is all about getting each client to reach those goals in the most efficient way possible while keeping the training fun and innovative. Some things in life will always be boring and repetitive, going to the gym and staying fit should never be one of those.
