Real Healing Introduction:

On the Mark vs Off the Mark

From the moment we get here on earth we begin to learn. Our first teachers were our parents. They could only teach us what they knew about our worth, communication, money, love and relationships. Of course, our parents are imperfect so only some of what they taught us was “on the mark” and other things they taught us were “off the mark.” The perfect mark of truth we use to measure everything is Heavenly Father.

For example: If our parents could see themselves as God sees them they would have an accurate measure of their own worth, and only with this knowledge would they be able to teach us our own worth.

But the reality is that our parents only knew what their parents taught them and they only knew what their parents taught them, and so on through the generations. The odds are we have embraced, believed and acted on many ideas that are “off the mark”.

It is in a Real Healing session that we begin to uncover “off the mark” beliefs that have created our reality. The scriptures teach us that what we think on we create. “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” Proverbs 23:7. The power of thought is huge. As we uncover old patterns of belief we can change our thinking and, in turn, change our lives!
