Michelle Gautreaux, a Registered & licensed Dietitian with over 20 years combined education and experience, understands the barriers facing having a healthy lifestyle. A lack of healthy options available (vs unhealthy), abundance of processed foods, a great deal of misinformation available to the public about how their diet should be, high cost of specialty foods/fad diets and weight loss programs along with limited time for busy individuals and families to prepare meals are REAL challenges faced every day! Michelle is here to break down the barriers with you by developing a weekly menu of delicious fresh, wholesome REAL meals in the appropriate portions needed for your body. There is no reason to sacrifice quality, taste or freshness for convenience and health! Real Meals Delivered will ensure you are treated to superior meal prep in Panama City. How It Works
Each week a menu will be emailed directly to you inspired by REAL, fresh ingredients and the whole nutrition they provide. We then prepare your meals in small batches in our Panama City licensed kitchen and package them properly to ensure freshness. We then deliver your order directly to you–we currently deliver meals in Panama City and surrounding areas. Then simply reheat and enjoy meals at your convenience and reap the benefits healthy, purposeful REAL nutrition has on your body. There is a one -time container fee; $20.00 for BPA-free Freezer safe containers, one to deliver in, one for me to pick up each delivery .Containers MUST be returned at each delivery. Containers from each delivery must come back to me clean and dry . If you will not be there to accept the delivery you can set out a cooler with freezer packs.

Weekly Menu
Sign up to receive our menus every week via email. The Menu for the upcoming week will be delivered directly to your inbox. If you like the menu, place an order by midnight Wednesday to get your week’s worth of meals delivered the following Sunday to the specified shipping address. Since a nutritious breakfast is vital to good nutrition and health, I highly encourage you to add breakfast to your plan. Signature Meals are cooked and portioned for appropriate individual servings of a protein (4oz) and side dish for standard plan * plans can be tailored to meet specific needs per request*
Just add a fresh whole fruit and almond milk and you are set for a nutritionally complete balanced meal! Prices include delivery.
