He loves what he does and wants to not only get you to your goal but help to keep you there. He has years of experience but even he at one time weighed in at nearly 300lbs due to a sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy food choices. He knows about the day to day struggle and can equip you with the tools you need to get your body as strong as it can be!
