Rebecca Weisbeck, O.D.

Your Fairmont Walmart Optometrist, Dr. Rebecca Weisbeck, has been practicing with Walmart since 2009. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD and then completed her Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University in 2009. After graduation she moved to Lincoln, NE where she practiced inside of one of their three Walmart Vision Centers for seven years. During that time she enjoyed helping the people of her community to see better and live healthier lives as their families grew.

During the Fall of 2016 Dr. Weisbeck, her husband, and their young son decided to make Fairmont, MN their home. She is looking forward to many years establishing her practice and growing within our community while taking advantage of the recreational activities Minnesota has to offer.

Dr. Weisbeck is a member of the International and Minnesota chapters of Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH.) With these groups she has participated in six mission trips to Mexico, Ecuador, and Venezuela where Dr. Weisbeck volunteered her services and expertise to provide eye care and eyeglasses to those in need. She has found the experiences to be very rewarding as she is able to make a large impact in the lives of others.
