Reclaimed Americana

Every single piece that leaves our shop is hand crafted by an American artisan, from American reclaimed timber that was grown in American Soil. Each Piece Is uniquely emblazoned with fire to create a truly special and unique piece of home decor that has it’s own story to tell. And it’s all done the old fashioned way, by hand and ONE at a time. The reclaimed timber we choose for our pieces comes from a variety of places and represents numerous species including oak, maple, ponderosa pine, hickory, and we even see some cherry and walnut from time to time. Material pieces are chosen at random which provides added warmth and character to each piece we craft. Our craftsman take painstaking efforts to preserve all saw kerfs, worm holes, chatter, nails, cracks, splits, scars, wanes and knots in the piece as we found them. In the shop we like to say “sand off the slivers and dirt but not the character and charm.”
