We value transparency before the Lord – expressed through worship, truth, prayer, and wisdom.
We value covenant with one another – expressed through discipleship, family, freedom, and unity.
We value excellence in ministry – expressed through evangelism, missions, serving, and influence.
We envision a church strong enough in doctrine, faithful membership, and financial resources to effectively train, send, and support leadership families for restarting struggling rural churches.
We organize leadership through four interrelated groups of people committed to the process of listening together for God’s specific direction for our church: The Congregation, the Ministry Council, the Council of Stewards, and the Pastoral Staff.
