There is no fighting, partners, contact or getting in a cage! Just a kick butt workout with an MMA feel! Once you enroll, you begin with a private new member evaluation. During your initial evaluation, we will get base line stats, go over fundamentals for the workouts, assist in setting attainable goals and schedule your mid point and end of session follow up evaluations. We understand the importance of feedback, which is why we are with you every step of the way.
