Here at Redfish Pizza Co. our mission is to provide fresh, healthy, quality food at a reasonable price to the Houma area. We are proud we can contribute to the enjoyment of the Houma food industry.

Being in the restaurant industry for 17 years, Redfish has focused on providing our customers with a product that is not offered by national chains or many independent operators in Houma. Our gourmet pizzas, pastas, oven-baked sandwiches and fresh salads are of the highest quality. Our portions are bountiful and we offer our customers excellent price for the value they receive. We are dedicated to selecting the best local ingredients to make sure every product Redfish Pizza provides is super fresh.

Our salads are praised by every satisfied customer for their freshness. For our customers’ enjoyment, we use only the freshest vegetables for our salads. We hand pick the finest Romaine hearts to ensure the best quality for your salads.

Our dough is freshly hand-made every morning and carefully prepared in our traditional way. Our dough is never frozen to ensure optimum quality. That is why sometimes we run out of dough at end of the night because we insist on making fresh dough daily.

Our Mozzarella Cheese is shredded daily with no additives. Our beef and sausage toppings are hand-pinched fresh meat to deliver a fantastic taste, rather than precooked frozen meats.

Our Panini’s are made on fresh baked bread from a local bakery. This guarantees the finest quality and overall freshest for all Panini’s.

Our chicken is USDA inspected all white meat chicken breast. Each chicken breast is marinated by hand with our signature blend marinade. Our chicken is always fresh never frozen to guarantee to be tender, full of flavor and the best chicken breast in town.

Our homemade meatballs, Gumbo pizzas and our Overstuffed Calzones are a few of our most popular signature items. To ensure a unique taste and freshness of our products, we have a large selection of homemade sauces and menu items. Our signature homemade sauces include Marinara Sauce, Pizza Sauce, Gumbo Sauce, Mexican Sauce, Spicy Mayo Sauce, Alfredo Sauce, Jack Daniels Wing Sauce, Pesto Sauce, and Garlic butter sauce. Our signature homemade menu items include Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Macaroni and Cheese, Lasagna, Spinach Lasagna, Manicotti, and Spinach Manicotti. Last but not least, we have a unique signature receipt of salad dressings: Caesar Dressing and Sun-dried Tomato dressing.
