Reef Escapes LLC.

Reef Escapes has been operating in Jonesboro since 2007 under the ownership of Granville "Chuck" L. Vaughan IV. We were only mobile until now. Reef Escapes is a science based, educational, design and maintenance service for primarily saltwater reef aquariums. We are however, fully capable of designing and maintaining a fresh water display. For those not committed to purchasing, fully stocked pre-built reef aquariums are available for rent. We also carry equipment for every aquarium and outdoor pond need.

The majority of our clientele is residential but we also maintain a few public displays. Reef Escapes designed and maintains the 180 gallon reef aquarium at Arkansas State University. Other public aquariums can be seen at Pediatric Associates on Matthews and Nettleton Middle School. Touring a few of our reefs is always a possibility. Reef Escapes has excellent references within the city.

We are very proud of the living art displays that we design. With a strong science foundation Reef Escapes is in the position to care for captive coral reefs like no one else in the area. The owner graduated from Arkansas State University with Pre-Professional B.S. in Biology and has studied/cared for coral reef aquaria since 2001. Coral reef biologists and aquarists may help to restore the natural reef ecosystems by preserving what is already rapidly declining. Reef Escapes strives to be Eco-friendly with equipment selection and only buys captive raised reef life wherever possible.
