Dyersburg Family Walk-In Clinic and the Reelfoot Family Walk-In Clinics are all owned by Sheryl Wright. With an emphasis on first-class treatment for all patients, the facilities have become known for warm smiles, energetic staff, and top-notch care.

We ask that all new patients fill out our New Patient Form. You can do that upon arrival or online.

We also require:
-Picture IDs for all patients (parent's ID for a child under 18)
-A copy of insurance card(s), if any exist

All payments of copays, co-insurance, deductibles, or office visit is due when services are rendered.
