Expect to meet other ladies who are kind & have fitness goals just like you! They wear normal clothes and love the latest music! We keep the music PG, and we have a blast rockin' to the beats vs. being offended by it. From teenagers to grandmas, the work-outs are always fun & safe. We all come to move & motivate one another so we can live better. You will always feel welcome.

Our students love to help with various needs in our community. You can be involved as little or as much as you want to be. You may hear me announcing various projects or events some or all of us may be working on. If you ever want more info, there are usually flyers on the table or just stop me after class!

Please wear loose fitting clothing so your body can breathe. Bring cold water to sip on during class. You may want to bring a small towel as well. We burn lots of calories during class, so you may want to wipe your brow! Wear lightweight aerobic or athletic shoes that allow for ease of movement. Bring a mat and hand held weights, no more than 5lbs.

All ages 12 and up come and enjoy REFIT®. It's never to late to start moving.
