Reflections, Center for Conscious Living and Yoga

Reflections is a conscious living center, a community hub where yoga is more than just asana and self-exploration is key. An East Side urban oasis in Murray Hill/Gramercy, near Gramercy Park’s well-walked paths. Reflections encourages lifelong practitioners and basic beginners to hurtle fear, to transcend the tensions of city life and to immerse fully into the peaceful environment we have created. We believe yoga should be a journey of self-illumination, and we encourage each person to find his or her own path. All levels are welcome; we encourage and support beginners. Flexibility not required!
