Reform studio is a fitness boutique designed to enhance your life and well being. Our goal is to not only provide an effective workout, but to educate our clients on proper movement and body mechanics.

Barre classes fuse Pilates, yoga, and ballet, with fluid athletic intervals to create an intense total body workout. In addition to barre classes, we also offer Pilates mat and reformer classes, yoga, and Aerial Fitness. The efficiency of our classes at Reform produce AMAZING results in a short amount of time. At Reform Studio, our class sizes are kept small so we are able to place emphasis on technique, form, proper body mechanics and alignment, all of which are key factors in truly changing your body's posture and functionality. Come to the barre and experience it for yourself!
