Refresh Yoga Center

We believe that every person comes to yoga for different reasons. Depending on what those reasons are, everyone gets a little something different out of their practice. Maybe you’re the person who came for the physical challenge. Perhaps you were looking for a sense of community or a deeper spiritual connection. Possibly you just wanted some balance and stress relief after a long, hard day at work.

We're not here to tell you how to live your life, rather we’re here to support you in your path — to hopefully make your life a little happier, a little healthier, and a little fuller with yoga in it. We believe that you know what you need, if you take the time to listen. We’ll provide you with the space for that moment to reconnect with yourself, so you can breathe deeply, settle your body, and quiet your mind.

This is why we opened Refresh Yoga Center, to help guide you through this moving meditation…to listen, be inspired, and be refreshed.
