Refuge Temple Outreach Ministry, PHOD, Inc.

Refuge Temple Outreach Ministry, Powerhouse of Deliverance, Inc. is a nondenominational church founded May 10th, 2009 by Pastor Mary E. Cozart. The church was incorporated in October of 2009.

RTOM encompasses a family environment and strives to promote encouragement, community enrichment, education, and empowerment through nurturing christian values.

We believe not only does God speak to us through our services, but he also speaks to each and everyone of us. Developing a real and lasting relationship with God receives our highest priority while fostering Christian values to enhance our daily lives. Whether you are a church goer or don't attend church often, we pray you will seek "refuge" (Psalms 9:9), visit, and fellowship with us.
