Health, nutrition, and fitness have always been a passion of mine. I enjoy being active and achieving goals. Deciding to join my first challenge group "21 Day Fix" lead me to also becoming a Team Beachbody Coach! I love nothing more than continuing my life journey of health, nutrition, and fitness and being able to help others achieve their goals as well. Because of the accountability in the challenge groups and my love for the Beachbody programs, getting fit and staying fit is my lifestyle.
