Regional Health Clinic

Regional Health Clinic, a federally qualified health center, provides affordable, accessible primary health care and dental care to Northwest Indiana Hoosiers. The health clinic, a division of Regional Health Systems, operates four facilities in three Lake County communities: Hammond, East Chicago, and Merrillville.

As a primary care provider, we handle a variety of health care needs— from temporary illnesses and injuries to the diagnosis and management of chronic illnesses like diabetes and hypertension. We also encourage our patients to take charge of their care through health education, disease prevention, immunizations, screenings and regular check-ups.


ABOUT REGIONAL HEALTH SYSTEMS

Regional Health Systems has provided behavioral and primary health care, community-social services, and early childhood learning to Northwest Indiana for nearly fifty years through its corporate entities—Regional Mental Health Center, Geminus Corporation, and Lake Park Residential Care—and its flagship divisions such as Regional Health Clinic and Geminus Head Start.
