Rehabilitation Services is the premier provider of outpatient rehabilitation services in East Harris, Liberty and Chambers counties.

Our mission is to provide quality therapy and rehabilitation as Rehabilitation Services employs licensed therapists trained to meet all federal and state requirements. These credentialed therapists offer a wide variety of treatment for neurological and orthopedic conditions as well as provide education and expertise to assist clients to achieve their personal healthcare goals.

The clinics and company are therapist owned and managed.

Rehabilitation Services of Baytown was founded in 2000 and Rehabilitation Services of Dayton in 2002 by Brett J. Balcerak, PT, MPT. In 2012, Molly Brunson became a partner after working with Rehabilitation Services for ten years. Rehabilitation Services provides a comprehensive health program of preventive care, wellness and restorative care for all walks of life and ages in an outpatient, inpatient and home health setting. Rehabilitation Services provides physical therapy services Baytown, Dayton, Liberty and Anahuac.

In 2007 Brett Balcerak founded PhysioStaff, LLC, a physical therapy management and staffing company which currently manages physical therapy at Liberty – Dayton Regional Medical Center in Liberty, Texas and Bayside Community Hospital in Anahuac, Texas. PhysioStaff, LLC also provides home health physical therapy via numerous contacts with local home health agencies.
