REID Fitness isn't your typical gym. If you are looking for someone to tell you to eat as many carbs as you want, and do hours of cardio per week....you've come to the wrong place. REID Fitness is a place where you'll get personalized one-on-one training either at our facility or in your home coupled with custom meal plans that are designed to help maximize your efforts. I'll push you to your limits, encourage you, motivate you and be there for you that moment you look in the mirror and say "woah....I did it".
