This is an official American Cancer Society Relay For Life Facebook page.
Relay For Life is a fun-filled event designated to celebrate survivorship and raise money for research and programs of your American Cancer Society. During the event, teams of people gather at schools, fairgrounds, or parks and take turns walking or running laps on the track at all times.
We encourage your participation on this page, but we want to ensure that everyone stays on topic. We welcome your thoughts, comments, suggestions and questions, but when you post, make sure your postings are of general interest to most readers. Profanity, racial and ethnic slurs, and rude behavior like disparaging personal remarks will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any posting including spam, advertising and non-cancer related topics. Though we appreciate your passion for funding cancer, we reserve the right to remove any postings that promote fundraising opportunities for other organizations. We will strive to present opposing viewpoints and keep this site as interesting, diverse and multi-sided as possible. While we want to engage in a conversation with you, not every message will receive a response.
Repeated and flagrant abuses may result in a user being banned from the Relay For Life Facebook community.
