Reliance Title & Settlement, LLC has been in business since September 11, 2006. The staff has a combined experience of over 73 years in the real estate industry. Amanda Harvey started in the mortgage industry in the mid 90's and converted over to real estate closings in March 2000. Amanda is a licensed title insurance agent and underwrites for First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Tara Gowen has been in the industry since 1992 and has her paralegal degree. Tara also was a licensed Real Estate Agent and sold real estate for 4 years. Shari Eagle has been in the industry since the mid 90's. She started at Lawyers Title Insurance Company; held a position of Deputy Clerk in the Campbell County Circuit Court Clerk's Office; worked in the banking industry and now has rejoined us on the closing side. Shari is currently studying to get her title insurance license. Tammie Eastridge has been in the industry since 2003 and has experience in all aspects of the closing process.
