Kristen and Michelle have navigated the male-dominated construction world for the past ten years with persistence; turning their real estate business into a multi- faceted remodeling and investment firm.

Remodel Boutique is a design+build firm, specializing in residential and commercial spaces for everyone. We work on a fixed cost structure, saving time and money on both sides. We also use Basecamp- the most awesome web-based project management and collaboration tool- to keep everyone in real time.

Remodel Boutique also works independently with Four Walls Group LLC, a high-yield investment firm. Four Walls Group pursues renovating and rehabbing in Austin, primarily on the East side, where Kristen and Michelle live and work. RB works exclusively as the Real Estate broker, designer, and contractor in all of 4WG transactions.

Kristen and Michelle are married and have a son, Milo, whom they take on adventures while renovating the East side of Austin. They have added 'the brain' to their team in another powerful woman- Michelle Chaiken (and her baby William). Together, the ladies, with their team next to them, plan on taking over Austin one renovated house at a time.
