I have always had an interest, even as a young child in the human body. I would hang out at Casey's General Store in my hometown
of Roseville, IL waiting on the magazine man to deliver the latest copy of Muscle & Fitness. I would read the articles cover to cover all month
long waiting for the next issue to arrive. My passion grew for fitness while in the U.S. Army I learned that you could actually have a career and earn a living
teaching others how to "workout"! I came back to the states after serving overseas with a new found passion. I thrived in my studies at WIU and would take what
i learned in the labs and classroom lectures to the gym. My philosophy on fitness is to Teach(the movements), Educate (on the body systems) Apply(the techniques) Motivate (the individual) TEAM! If we can do this, i feel we can change a generation and how they approach "losing weight".
