Korean cuisine, including traditional Korean BBQ (known as Galbi), Sizzling rice hot pots (known as Dolsot Bap), and Korean twice fried chicken (known as Yangnyeom Chicken). Sojubangs are similar to Public Houses, where friends can gather and enjoy several different types of regular and infused Soju, along with a delicious Korean style meal that is often shared among the group. Republic Diner +Sojubang plans on keeping the kitchen open late nite on certain evenings to accommodate the neighborhood.
