9048 LINWOOD is a 3000 square foot building in North Western Virginia Park/ Boston Edison Historic District. The building is distinct because of its limestone covered facade and well curated woodworkers, carpenters, and ceramicists alike. Its mission is to create architectural and functional works erected out of its brick and mortar home base.

2017 Detroit and Wayne County Activated STATUS: The overall goal of this project is to utilize dormant historical property and beautify a major intersection using efficient and sustainable interior/exterior renovations, modifications, and landscaping. A key main goal is to create an anchor in the northwest corner of the Virginia Park Neighborhood spurring additional investment and growth along with filling demand for leasable space within the growing local Creative Economy. We also have long term plans to develop community programs that will lend tools and provide education for residents on the subject of home improvements and gardening.
