Reset Mind & Body Float Therapy

Reset Mind & Body Float Therapy is a cozy, single tank float spa located in heart of Ocean Beach, San Diego. Float Therapy, aka sensory deprivation is where participants float effortlessly in a light and sound free float tank. Inside the tank is 12 inches of skin temperature water, 94-95°, and 1000 lbs of dissolved Epsom Salt. In the absence of light, sound, and gravity, participants are able to access deep levels of meditation and extreme relaxation. Physically, floating reduces muscle tension, pain, inflammation and blood pressure, making it the ideal environment to recover and rejuvenate the body. Inside the float tank, the mind and body are able to fully unplug, let go, and reset.
