Resilience Tools

This weekly series of three 90 minute classes offers foundational tools for daily use in the restoration of balance and optimal health (homeostasis) through various somatic methods such as grounding, resiliance and mindfulness methods. Regular practice of these tools can actually suppor the release of trauma and tension patterns, restoring nervous system function, allowing for greater presence, awareness and healing.
