Complete 3 Rounds ( Max time 17 min.)
(Shoulder to over head will be completed one side at a time. Athlete may not alternate sides before completion of 7 reps.)

7 Kettlebell Shoulder to Over Head (Left side) (Male 24Kg/16Kg) (Female 16kg/12kg)

Complete both Part 1 and Part 2 consecutively for time:
Part 1
5 Rounds
10 Yards Overhead Walking Lunges (Male Comp. 135/Male Modified 75) (Female Comp. 75/Female Modified 45)
10 Back Squats (Male Comp. 135/Male Modified 75) (Female Comp. 75/Female Modified 45)
Part 2

Resolution #3
Resolution #3 will be chosen from the following movements known as the Movement Pool. It will be announced after the completion of Resolution #1 on the day of the event. Please be familiar with the exercises, movements, and/or tools in the movement pool. In the event an exercise is chosen that is not in the movement pool, time will be given to ask questions and attempt the movement.
