Located in the A/D/O building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Norman is a contemporary restaurant, café, in-house bakery and bar, conceptualized by Fredrik Berselius and Claus Meyer. Serving the design community and Brooklyn neighborhoods, Norman offers an all-day dining program set in the innovative and inviting space of A/D/O.
In the open kitchen, Chef Andrew Whitcomb is cooking a menu of wholesome and creative dishes that elevates fresh and simple ingredients showcasing the best of the season, based on sustainable relationships with local suppliers and farmers.
Norman is open seven days a week, all day and evening, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a late night bar program with specialty cocktails, natural wines, ciders and craft beers.
