Our VISION is to be a beacon of faith and service in our community. We strive to become spiritually equipped (and evolving) to participate in fulfilling Christ's mission to the world.

Who we are...

We are a Christ-Centered community that shares God's love with all people!

•We are a member congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

•We worship God in ways that honor the rich diversity of the Lutheran Tradition.

•We celebrate Holy Communion every Sunday and we encourage visitors from other Christian traditions to join us at Christ's "open table".

•We enjoy the company of our "extended" church family through monthly fellowship events - including a fall pig roast, cook-outs, potluck luncheons and special holiday commemorations.

What we believe...

We believe in one God who is revealed in three expressions - Creator, Savior and Sustainer of all life.

•We accept the Bible as the inspired word of God's grace and mercy. The Bible is a love story - not a science book.

•We teach that all persons are estranged from God and we are ultimately reconciled and renewed by God's Grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

•We define the church as the fellowship of believers - the body of Christ. The church is essential to Christian life and spiritual growth.

•We celebrate two sacred acts as the God-given means for enriching our lives with faith and forgiveness. These are Holy Baptism and Holy Communion.

•We do not live according to a formula of "Do's and Don'ts" but in the freedom of God's love and mercy.
