We're going back to the basics of what we love about coffee.
Our focus is in the details with our small batch coffee roasting and entirely hand made provisions.
We take pride in our craft of brewing coffee using classic brew methods and paramount precision.
We work with two local green coffee importers that work directly with coffee farmers and co-ops all over the world - Coffee Shrub in Oakland, CA & Olam Coffee in Healdsburg, CA. The prices paid for coffee are above Fair Trade minimums and with these importers, we can trust that coffee producers are being paid premium prices in reward for quality coffee and are able to reinvest in their farms for the future. Through them, we seek out smaller lots of coffee from family owned farms and co-ops. ​
We have been working in the specialty coffee industry for over 10 years, perfecting our craft by learning from flagship companies and other small local cafes and coffee shops. We established our coffee roasting company in the Spring of 2014. We love working with local artisans and purveyors to craft all of our goods.
