Welcome to Revive Fitness, a results-driven, personal functional training studio. Here at Revive, we are committed to helping you improve your health, performance, and body composition. That is why our personal training staff is considered to be among the best around Volusia County.

Personal and Small Private Group Training
Our highly educated certified personal trainers can assist you in reaching your fitness and weight loss goals. They work with you to assess where you are, where you want to be, and to create a practical plan to get you there!

Our personal training always starts with a free functional movement screening. Based on your screening, our personal trainers will set realistic goals, give nutritional guidance and use corrective and effective exercises during personalized, safe and fun workouts.

Group Personal Training
We run a series of Boot Camps that will get you in-shape, keep you motivated, and guide you toward great results. Our Boot Camps along with Revives proven techniques will help you lose pounds and inches quickly, while providing you with the knowledge to keep it off. All this can be accomplished while you make new friends and gain an improved, healthy outlook on life.


A Brief History
Revive Fitness & Lifestyle Management was founded by certified personal trainer Arnold Kolozsvari in 2010, with a mission of helping people in the Ormond Beach area. Typical gyms can be intimidating, but Revive Fitness has set its studio apart by creating a stress-free welcoming and fun environment for people of all ages and fitness levels. You will find yourself surrounded by a community of like-minded people who are positive, supportive, and who are also interested in living a healthy life.

Personal Training

We offer private personal training in a small group or one-on-one setting, giving you the expert guidance you need to reach your healthy lifestyle goals. We have nationally certified trainers, who are experts, patient, and are passionate about helping people.

Personal training at Revive Fitness is based on functional training methods. Our trainers have found this to be the most beneficial method. The science behind functional training will help you reach your fitness and lifestyle goals.

Functional training refers to an exercise program that improves your coordination, flexibility and strength. There are not specific moves for functional training but it can be best described as activities based on and that will improve your daily living.

These exercises will train several muscle groups while improving your balance, core stabilization, strength and flexibility. Our trainers use a combination of single joint exercises to isolate (to shape, tone, strengthen) and multi-joint exercises that integrates muscle groups into movement patterns (for strength, speed) to provide a metabolic environment (calorie burning), which is scientifically proven to burn calories effectively 24-48 hours after the session is done.

Our trainers use this method because the science behind it can be used with any type of client. We create tailored programs for the goals of our clients. Whether they are rehabilitation clients, athletes, workout enthusiasts, any skill level and any age group can execute the exercises used. The more you train and perform these functional training exercises, the more improvement you will see in your performance and your body composition.

One-on-One Online Training
Revive also offers an online personal training option where we can coach you via Skype, giving you the guidance, tips, and tools you need to succeed. We will Work with you to set up the times, invite more people to your group session, and get the personal training, nutrition counseling and coaching sessions you need in the convenience of your own home, office or hotel room. We make it easy to fit the personal training you need into your schedule.

Our popular, fun, and intense indoor Boot Camps will help get you motivated and keep you excited all the way toward reaching your fitness goals:
• Hurricane Boot Camp – Hurricane training is an intense circuit of plyometric exercises, stretches and primal movements that combines extreme cardio, weight training and explosive core exercises! These sessions are here to create a metabolic a disturbance in your entire body. As a result your body will become leaner, faster and more agile.

• Kettlebell Boot Camp – This workout combines cardio with strength and flexibility training to give you a safe and effective workout. When used correctly, kettlebells are extremely effective training tools for providing total-body strength and conditioning. The problem is that kettlebells are often used improperly. As with any technical movement, lift, or skill, proper coaching is required to maximize the benefits.
• Metabolic Boot Camp – our "metabolic" training is based on work and rest ratio adaptation. Compare to our hurricane sessions where the primary focus is to increase speed, during our metabolic sessions our focus to increase your endurance. By alternating major muscle groups within the same set, you will train the body to build muscle while burning fat, all while training the cardiovascular and muscular systems.
• Tabata – a great full body HIIT (high intensity interval training) with 20/10 work/ rest ratio patterns. Tabata is 20 seconds of high intensity exercise alternating with 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated approximately 8 times for 4 minutes. Variations may be used. Great fat burning class!
